Shgardi

Shgardi was a delivery service company based in Saudi Arabia, operating from 2019 until its shutdown in 2025. Initially launched as a food delivery platform, it expanded to offer on-demand delivery of groceries, pharmaceuticals, parcels, and other goods across up to 80 cities in the Kingdom. The company served over 3 million customers and completed more than 7 million orders during its operation. Headquartered in Al-Khobar, Shgardi was owned by Safari for Trading and Marketing Co. and employed around 600 people, including a team of technical experts. The company utilized AWS services to enhance its operations, significantly improving deployment times and reducing costs.
