Saudi Arabian Internet Exchange (SAIX)

The Saudi Arabian Internet Exchange (SAIX) is a non-profit Internet Exchange Point (IXP) established in May 2017. It was launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology. SAIX serves as a neutral exchange point that connects national and international networks, enhancing the internet ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. SAIX focuses on optimizing internet traffic performance by reducing latency, improving content localization, and strengthening the technical infrastructure of communication and information technology.
