LLC) is a joint venture between Rosetti Marino Spa and Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory The partnership brings together outstanding capabilities and world-class experience developed towards the creation of a prominent oil and gas EPC CONTRACTOR for the UAE compliant with the international QHSE standards. ICV (In-Country Value) certified, the new venture will build on Ali&Sons Holding 40 years of presence in the country and 95 years presence in the construction and EPC international market of Rosetti Marino.
