Raffles Jeddah is an upcoming ultra-luxury hotel and branded residences development set to open in early 2026 along Jeddah's Corniche, offering stunning views of the Red Sea. This landmark property, part of the Raffles Hotels & Resorts chain, features two towers that blend Hejazi heritage with contemporary design elements. The hotel will include 182 rooms and suites, as well as 120 branded residences, all designed to provide a luxurious living experience. The hotel will offer a variety of dining options, including three signature venues: Atorie Lounge & Patisserie, Surl’O, and Riviera, each curated by renowned chefs.
