New Murabba

New Murabba Development Company (NDMC) is a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). It is focused on developing a large mixed-use urban downtown project in northwestern Riyadh and eastern Diriyah. This initiative, announced in February 2023, aims to create a sustainable, walkable downtown area that aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, with a completion target set for 2030. The project will cover 19 square kilometers and include a variety of spaces for living, working, and entertainment. Key features include the Mukaab, a striking cube-shaped skyscraper inspired by local architecture, which will house retail, cultural attractions, and residences.
