National Center for Palms & Dates(NCPD)

The National Center for Palms and Dates (NCPD) is a Saudi Arabian government entity dedicated to the development of date palm cultivation and date production. Established by Royal Decree, the center plays a vital role in Saudi Arabia's agricultural sector, contributing to the country's economic diversification under Vision 2030. With over 37 million palm trees and the production of more than 1.5 million tons of dates annually, the NCPD supports the cultivation of over 300 date varieties and facilitates exports to 133 countries. The NCPD's mission is to create an integrated system of agricultural and marketing services while adopting modern technologies to enhance production efficiency.
