Modern Buildings Factory (MB-Factory) is an off-site construction company specialized in fabricating light gauge steel (LGS) – also known as cold-formed steel (CFS) – for construction projects. LGS is a modern construction method that has been used for decades around the world. MB-Factory aims to enable better quality of life through better buildings. Our Mission is to establish a sustainable construction model for Saudi Arabia. We aim to improve overall quality of new built environments, reduce construction time, and mitigate projects risks while employing Saudi nationals and utilizing locally manufactured products and materials.
