Maktabi Business Centre

Maktabi is a business centre which provides fully furnished and serviced office spaces. It is one of the first projects of Global Omani Development & Investment Company SAOC (GLOREI). GLOREI was formed in March 2008 as a closed joint stock company. It has its headquarters in Muscat, Oman. The need to capitalize on Oman's hugely untapped market and government policies where Oman is diversifying away from hydrocarbons and building its non-oil sector under the long term economic road map, "Vision 2020", led to the formation of GLOREI. Its real estate projects include developments, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, mix use, retail, residential, etc.
