Lean Construction Institute – Qatar (LCI-Q) is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing Qatar's construction sector through Lean Construction principles. Established in 2018 and officially launched in December 2019, LCI-Q serves as a collaborative platform for industry professionals and academics. The organization aims to generate value, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency across the construction supply chain, aligning with Qatar's National Vision 2030. LCI-Q offers a variety of educational programs and initiatives to promote Lean practices.
