King Faisal University

King Faisal University (KFU) is a public, non-profit higher education institution located in Hofuf, Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1975, it is one of the oldest universities in the country, named after King Faisal bin Abdulaziz. KFU focuses on education, research, and addressing societal needs, offering a wide range of academic programs. The university has expanded from its initial four colleges to include 86 programs across various fields, such as agriculture, veterinary medicine, architecture, medicine, and business. KFU enrolls approximately 25,000 to 29,999 students, with a mix of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
