GCC-Stat

GCC-Stat, the Statistical Centre for the Cooperation Council for the Arab Countries of the Gulf, was established in June 2012 and is headquartered in Muscat, Oman. It serves as the main official source of statistical data for the six GCC member states: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The organization connects electronically with national statistical centers to maintain a comprehensive and updated central database. GCC-Stat's mission is to compile, analyze, and disseminate statistical data to support development initiatives and measure national progress. It promotes a statistical culture and enhances the capacity of GCC statistical centers.
