Executive Youth Council - Saudi Electricity Company

The Executive Youth Council (EYC) is a nonprofit initiative established in 2017 as part of the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). Based in Riyadh and Alkhobar, the council focuses on empowering young professionals within the company and the wider community. With a team of 51-200 employees, EYC serves as a systematic platform for youth development. EYC offers four core services: youth consultancy, initiatives that benefit both the company and society, professional communication to enhance engagement, and youth empowerment to build capacity among young people. The organization specializes in areas such as innovation, leadership development, project management, and soft skills training.
