EISAR

EISAR, the Bankruptcy Commission in Saudi Arabia, is an independent governmental entity established to enhance the bankruptcy system. Created in response to the Bankruptcy Law introduced in 2018, EISAR oversees the bankruptcy registry, supervises trustees and experts, and promotes transparency in bankruptcy procedures. The commission aims to support business continuity and protect creditor rights through structured processes for settlements, financial restructuring, and liquidation. EISAR offers a range of services, including training workshops and an online academy to equip practitioners with the necessary skills and knowledge for bankruptcy work.
