Diar Ras Al Hadd, also known as Qatari Diar Ras Al Hadd Development Company, is a joint venture focused on creating an eco-themed, multi-use tourism project in Ras Al Hadd, Oman. The company is a collaboration between Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, which holds a 70% stake, and Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran), which holds 30%. The project spans approximately 2 million square meters and emphasizes sustainability, responsible tourism, and environmental protection. The development includes a luxurious five-star hotel with 200 rooms and 25 chalets, a wildlife preservation park, a marine life park, and a heritage village that celebrates Omani culture.
