China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone

The China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone, also known as JOCIC Park, is a state-owned industrial park located in Abu Dhabi's Khalifa Economic Zone. Established to enhance cooperation between China and the UAE under the Belt and Road Initiative, the park supports Chinese enterprises in their global expansion while contributing to the UAE's economic diversification. The zone covers a planned area of 12.2 square kilometers, with a focus on high-end manufacturing and related sectors. JOCIC Park features extensive infrastructure, including 80,000 square meters of buildings, customized factories, and a network of roads and pipelines.
