Centre For Leadership Excellence

The Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE) was established to both address a problem and fill a need in the leadership development domain regionally but also globally. The Training and Development of a CompanyaTMs Leadership Team, forms a strategic and critical task for any organization wishing to grow and succeed. Research, however, has shown that many organizations in the Region, lack that specialized expertise, or the investment required to bring that expertise that can properly define leadership development needs and design then source effective interventions addressing these needs.
