Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar

Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMU-Q) is a satellite campus of Carnegie Mellon University located in Education City, Doha. Established in 2004, it was the fourth U.S. higher education institution to open a campus in Qatar. CMU-Q currently enrolls over 400 students from 53 countries and employs 60 faculty and postdoctoral researchers along with 90 staff members. The university offers four undergraduate degree programs: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Information Systems, as well as Biological Sciences. These programs mirror the curricula of the Pittsburgh campus.
