Cairo Group is a privately held South African company founded in 1969 and based in the Heilbron District, Free State. The company specializes in commercial farming and agricultural mechanization, employing between 51 to 200 people. It operates through two main divisions: Cairo Farms and Cairo Mechanisation. Cairo Farms focuses on dryland grain production, planting over 15,000 hectares annually with crops such as white maize, yellow maize, grain sorghum, sunflower, and soybeans. Cairo Mechanisation provides farm equipment, technical and advisory services, as well as parts and supplies.
