BU Trinity

This brand new restaurant/lounge, located inside the WTC Mall in Abu Dhabi, is intended to surprise and delight AUH and international audiences and to direct their attention to our new pan-Latin concept, in a way that is both engaging and humorous. Focusing on our three main tenants of great food, great cocktails and great entertainment - the BU! Trinity, so to speak - we hope to introduce to Abu Dhabi the cutting-edge of Latin American inspired cuisine: prepared in a modern style and presented in an environment that is effortlessly chic with a worn-in industrial elegance and an energized vibe moving from day to night.
