Founded in 1975 by Engineer Osama Alsayed, the company began as a construction firm and has since expanded into various sectors. The group operates through four main divisions: Asyad Capital, which handles financial operations and investments; Asyad Real Estate, managing a range of properties; Asyad Aviation, overseeing private aviation companies; and Asyad Investments, which manages a global multi-asset investment portfolio.
