Arima Journey

‘Arima' derives from reversing the letters in my name Amira. The name originates from the Arabic language traditionally meaning playfulness and bold. It also means the ‘soul' in the Basque language and in Hindi. Therefore, Arima's practice begins inward and takes you on a unique journey back to the ‘soul'. Arima Journey offers a wide variety of yoga classes/events/workshops that are all centered in mindfulness such as kids yoga, mindfulness retreats, new & full moon yoga, yin yoga & live music, sunrise & sunset yoga flows, chair yoga and much more! Classes weave setting intentions, breathwork, guided meditations, gentle yoga sequences and mindful journaling.
