Al Haditha Energy S.A.O.C is an Omani contracting company founded in 2011, specializing in upstream onshore surface energy activities for the oil and gas sector. With a share capital of approximately OMR 5.5 million, the company is owned by around 2,600 to 3,030 community shareholders. Headquartered in Al Azaiba, Muscat, Al Haditha Energy provides Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, focusing on flowlines, inter-field pipelines, and well hook-ups. The company has expanded its operations significantly since its inception, working across multiple sites in Oman, including Yibal, Fahud, and Daleel Field.
