Al Braik Hospitality is a food and beverage hospitality group based in Dubai, UAE. Founded in 2014, the company operates multiple dining concepts across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Led by founder Alawi Al Breiki, Al Braik Hospitality has built a team of over 100 dedicated members. The company features five distinct brands, including Wakame, a fine-dining Asian restaurant, Gyuto, a Japanese restaurant, and Edible Arrangements, along with BIDAYA and Kawai, both food and beverage concepts. Al Braik Hospitality focuses on creating community through hospitality, nurturing talent, and delivering innovative dining experiences.
