ADNOC Technical Academy

ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) is a vocational training institution established in 1978 as the training arm of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Located in Al Shawamekh, Abu Dhabi, ATA focuses on developing technical skills for Emirati youth to support the UAE's energy sector. The academy has trained over 6,000 UAE nationals, with more than 5,000 graduates joining ADNOC operations. ATA offers hands-on training programs that typically last 2 to 2.5 years, combining classroom instruction, workshops, and on-the-job training at ADNOC sites.
