AbuIssa Holding (AIH) is a family-owned business conglomerate based in Doha, Qatar, established in 1981. Founded by Abdul Rahim Abu Issa, the company has evolved from its initial retail venture, Blue Salon, into one of Qatar's most diversified groups, managing investments and operating companies across various sectors. AIH employs between 2,595 and 6,000 people and operates over 100 retail stores and more than 200 stores throughout the Middle East and GCC. AIH's operations span multiple sectors, including retail and distribution, electronics, telecommunications, construction, hospitality, and real estate.
