The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) is a government entity established in November 2023 by the Department of Municipalities and Transport. Its mission is to regulate, promote, and manage the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi, enhancing its global standing and supporting economic diversification. ADREC focuses on four key areas: Real Estate Strategy, Promotion, Regulation, and Transactions Management. It aims to ensure transparency and investor protection through the licensing of agents, brokers, and developers, while also driving sustainable urban growth and digital transformation. ADREC offers over 59 real estate services through a unified digital platform.
