Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD)

The Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) is an independent forum for commercial dispute resolution, established in February 2024. It was formed by reorganizing the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) to enhance efficiency and modernize its operations. Located in onshore Abu Dhabi, arbitrateAD aims to position the city as a key hub for international arbitration, complementing existing facilities without overlap. arbitrateAD administers both regional and international arbitration cases for commercial and government entities. It offers institutional arbitration under its own rules and supports ad hoc arbitration as an appointing authority.
