Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority

The Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) is an independent government entity established in 2019, dedicated to early childhood development in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ECA serves as a central hub for promoting optimal child development and well-being, focusing on health and nutrition, child protection, family support, and education and early care for children from pregnancy to age eight. The ECA develops policies and laws to support early childhood initiatives, informs decision-making through research, and designs interventions to enhance the quality of the early childhood workforce.
