Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program

The Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program (ALP) is a leadership development initiative founded by Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi. Established in 2013 in Ajman, UAE, the program aims to empower young Emiratis and GCC nationals with essential skills to become effective leaders in business and government. It operates under the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation and is supported by Ajman Holding. ALP offers a four-month intensive course that focuses on core competencies such as Innovation and Creativity, Strategic Management, and Emotional Intelligence. The program also includes supplementary modules on topics like Health and Nutrition, Social Media, and team building.
